Terms of use
These terms apply to serenrx.ca and to SerenRx Formulator (“Formulator”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you use Formulator on behalf of a pharmacy, you confirm you’re authorised to do so.
A tool for professionals
Formulator is a calculation and reference tool for use by pharmacy professionals. It does not replace professional judgment. The pharmacist remains responsible for verifying every calculation, formula and preparation, and for compliance with all applicable standards and regulations. Results depend on the reference data your pharmacy enters, such as pack stats, potencies and displacement factors, which your pharmacy is responsible for keeping accurate.
Accounts
- Accounts are created by invitation from your pharmacy’s admin. Each account is for one person; don’t share sign-in details.
- Your pharmacy’s admins control who has access and at what level, and are responsible for removing access when someone leaves.
- Tell your admin or us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
- Don’t enter patient names, prescription details or other personal health information into Formulator.
- Don’t attempt to access another pharmacy’s data, probe or disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.
- Use Formulator only for your pharmacy’s lawful professional purposes.
Your data
Your pharmacy owns the reference data it enters. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy, and we’ll provide an export on request.
Our software
SerenRx and Formulator, including their design, code and content, belong to SerenRx. These terms give your pharmacy the right to use Formulator while it has access; they don’t transfer ownership.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Formulator available and accurate, and we improve it over time. We may update features or these terms; we’ll post changes here and update the date above. Formulator is provided “as is”, and to the extent permitted by law, SerenRx is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
